The Atlanta Development Authority has a program that assists people with home purchases for households with an annual income under $85,000. Just move into one of the City’s targeted areas (Westview is included!) and they will give you a 4% grant, a 30-year fixed loan with an interest rate of 5.95%, and the option to receive an additional 20% in down payment assistance in the form of a soft second loan.
